Our Policies

Withdrawals:
We ask that you provide at least 1 month (4 weeks) notice prior to withdrawing your child from the program. If notice is not given, you will be expected to pay tuition for four weeks.

Tuition Due Date:
Tuition may be paid weekly or monthly. If you pay tuition weekly, tuition is due no later than Monday of the current week. If you are on a monthly schedule, the tuition is due the first day of the month. If the tuition due date is a holiday, the tuition must be paid not later than the following day.

Deposit required for new students:
Once offered a space at our school, the tuition for the first 2 weeks of attendance is required within 1 month of being offered the space or at least 6 weeks before the start date -whichever is sooner - in order to reserve the space for the child. While this deposit pays the first two weeks of tuition, it is non-refundable.

Form of Payment:
Parents can pay by check or using the automated system offered by the school. There is no additional charge for using this system. The school does not accept cash or credit cards.

Absences:
There is no reduction in tuition for absences, vacations, holidays, or other closings.

Returned checks:
A fee of $25 will be charged for any returned checks.

Sibling Discounts:
Two Children: 10% discount on the tuition for the oldest full-time student, full tuition for youngest child. Three or More Children: 10% Discount on Tuition for Oldest Full-Time Child, 10% discount on middle child(ren), full tuition for youngest child.

Late Pickup Fees:
Children picked up after 6 p.m. will incur a late fee. The charge is $20 per family for any part of the first 15 minutes after closing, and $1 per minute past the first fifteen-minute interval. This fee is due at the time the child is picked up in cash or a check payable to the staff member that stays with the child. Sorry, no exceptions.
